Mallia”Queen of Funk” Franklin is finally at rest. As the first lady to sing in P-funk and Parlet , she introduced many key players to George. I took these photos of Mallia at the grammies in 2004 when she played with P-funk. I will miss you Mallia Franklin, but your voice and sense of humor will be in my heart forever . my tribute:
