in 2002 I was at some festival in the UK ….and I was spinning Electro when it was still unpredictable and exciting to me - no obvious cliches and  …what is it about so many  genres that seem to turn unnessasarilly  hard after the first five or ten  years after they get a name . it happened in Rock and roll ( heavy metal) Hip-hop (gangster rap) , House ( hard house and cliche type techno) Jungle/Drum n bass …. that’s why I keep switching to where the unpredictablity is. Funny though… that didn’t really happen to Funk or Disco. Well …with disco we got disco duck but it didnt turn HARD -wonder why ?  just some thoughts….lady kier
